SAGG Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.0 - 2026-10-25. First version.

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses the SAGG API.

1. What is not allowed

• Anything illegal where you or your users are, or where the content is made or received.
• Content that sexually exploits children. We block such an account at once and report it to the authorities as the law requires.
• Harmful use: writing or spreading malware, fraud and scams, mass spam, attacks on systems or people, breaking into accounts or networks.
• Getting around limits or billing: sharing one key to avoid limits, hiding who you are to avoid a block, trying to use the service without paying.
• Breaking the licence of the model or the rules of the providers that serve your requests.
• Using the service in a way that harms its other users, for example by flooding it.

2. Resale and aggregators

You may resell access or build a service on top of SAGG. You stay responsible to us for all use of your keys, and to your own customers for what you offer them.

3. Limits

Request-rate and concurrent-stream limits exist and can change. When you reach one, the API answers with status 429 and a Retry-After header. Limits are described in the API documentation. Please do not try to get around them.

4. Reports and what we do

Report abuse to abuse@privatedeskai.com. Please include the time, the X-Request-ID and what happened.

Depending on how serious the case is, we send a warning, limit the account, or block it. For serious or repeated abuse we block without a warning. We may pass information to the authorities when the law requires it.

5. Changes

Each version has a number and a date; old versions are in the archive.
